Hi again! Yes, it took me many years before I had my "ah-ha" moment! And life has been so much better since that epiphany! I have saved myself more time and energy, and my children have a much better end-product that tastes great right out of the freezer! No toasting necessary...although you can toast the rolls! I'm planning on doing more videos - but need to get a better camera! Happy Baking!Love,Lisa

OH WOW! I did not realize you had done other videos! I LOVE your tip about rethinking bread! SO TRUE!! I did not think about it that way before. Makes total sense!
